Wallara Industries is a division of Wallara Australia a not for profit Disability Support organisation set up nearly fifty years ago. Wallara Industries provides employment and work place training for people with an intellectual or developmental disability.  Today, Wallara Industries caters for a wide range of customers and operates in a vibrant and competitive commercial environment across many various industry sectors.

What type of services does Wallara Industries provide?

The business is involved in a very wide range of operations within the contract labour, packaging, including: labelling and re-labelling of products; product assembly; mail out services; product marketing solutions; 3PL services including warehouse storage and transport logistics.  “we love the jobs you don’t”

By understanding the requirements of our customers, we will put in place a quality assurance process supported by our training and staff supervision of our team members. Wallara Industries ensures the highest quality standards are monitored and delivered. We also conduct regular quality audits where we are constantly seeking continuous improvement to our processes and services.

How will Wallara Industries keep me informed?

Right from the start, with your account manager, through to our production staff, we are in constant communication with our customers, informing them at all stages of the production process, exactly where their project is up to. From concept to quotes, component deliveries, start of project, problems encounted, interacting with logistics and other external suppliers through to project completion, we keep you informed every step of the way.

What happens if my job requirement changes?

At Wallara Industries we understand that priorities can sometimes change and that is why we adopt a can do, professional and flexible approach to our relationship. We know that customer’s requirements or demands can change, so we move quickly with them so the job is delivered on time and as required. We totally understand the need our customers have of keeping retail and distribution shelves fully stocked.

Can Wallara Industries provide a work crew on my site?

At Wallara Industries we can offer a professional and cost effective way of achieving your targeted business goals. We can provide labour on your site or at a “in house” agreed location. Each team is allocated a supervisor who is responsible for maintaining quality control, ensuring that all employees are achieving agreed productivity targets. Depending on your project we can provide teams of 4 to 40 people.
